Directions: Take 3 spoonfuls 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve in hot water, take with or without food.
 
Reflux Relief is a granule extract formula. A granule extract formula is a powdered extract which is dissolved in water and taken like a tea. Granule extracts have strong medical flavors. They are taken for specific medicinal purposes, not for their pleasant tastes. If you prefer to avoid the strong flavors, you can encapsulate my granule extracts yourself using a capsule filler at home, and take the equivalent dosage in capsules.
