Directions: Take 6 capsules of Earth and 6 capsules of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan per day for one month. 
 
Duration of protocol will depend on severity of symptoms. Most women will see improvement within 3 months of using this protocol. More severe cases may need up to 6 months.
