Flower of Happiness - 100 grams granule extract

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed by the million things you have to deal with?

Do you feel stressed about things you can’t control?

Do you maintain a calm exterior while a boiling rage simmers inside you?

or maybe just a low grade irritability that nags at you constantly?

Do you hold tension in your neck, shoulders, or jaw?

Or maybe a nervous feeling in your stomach?

maybe even tightness in your chest like a weight that you can’t lift off.

Do you sigh frequently? Slam drawers or doors, or swear like a sailor?

Do you feel tightness or stuckness in your throat?

Does it feel like the pressure just won’t ever end?

If you answered yes to any of these questions - this formula was made for you.

If you asked me to pick one formula to help deal with stress, out of the hundreds of herbs and thousands of formulas I’ve used in my clinical practice, my Flower of Happiness formula would be the answer.

My Flower of Happiness formula gets its name from the two herbs derived from the Albizia julibrissin tree, He Huan Hua (flower) and He Huan Pi (bark). If you've ever sipped on Albizzia flower tea while watching the sparkly pink flowers of the tree sway on a warm Spring day, you can quickly understand why it earned the name Tree of Collective Happiness. These two herbs are combined with other potent stress-relieving herbs like Bupleurum and Peony to help impart a feeling of ease, relaxation, and mental clarity.

If you have been feeling like you have a lot on your plate, try Flower of Happiness and see what it can be like to move through life with a bit more ease.

In this go-to stress relief remedy, Albizia flower and bark are backed up by three classical Chinese Medicine powerhouse formulas.

First there’s Xiao Yao San, also known as the Free and Easy Wanderer. This is one of the most famous herbal remedies for relieving emotional constraint, stuckness, stress, and irritability. Then we bring in Ban Xia Hou Po Tang, an unsung hero for freeing emotional stagnation, and resolving the physiologic effects that come from repressing emotions or not being able to express and voice your feelings. Dan Shen and Sheng Mai San are used to treat stagnation in the heart (this can be from long term stress or trauma) and is often indicated for stress, tightness in the chest, or nightmares.*

Directions: Take 3 spoonfuls 1 to 2 times per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve in hot water, take with or without food.

Flower of Happiness is a granule extract formula. A granule extract formula is a powdered extract which is dissolved in water and taken like a tea. Granule extracts have strong medical flavors. They are taken for specific medicinal purposes, not for their pleasant tastes. If you prefer to avoid the strong flavors, you can encapsulate my granule extracts yourself using a capsule filler at home, and take the equivalent dosage in capsules.
