My Sinus Protocol is the culimation of more than a decade of clinical practice working with difficult and treatment-resistant sinus infections and sinusitis. This protocol uses herbs that strengthen the innate immune function, improve lymphatic drainage, break down biofilms, improve blood circulation, resolve stubborn phlegm and impacted sinuses, and exhibit anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial properties.*
 
Directions: Take 12 grams of granule extract per day, dissolved in warm water. 
 
Duration of protocol will vary based on severity. Most chronic cases will improve within 3 months. Severe cases may need up to 6 months. Most people will start experiencing symptom relief in 1 to 4 weeks.
 
My Sinus Protocol is an internal granule extract formula. A granule extract formula is a powdered extract which is dissolved in water and taken like a tea. Granule extracts have strong medical flavors. They are taken for specific medicinal purposes, not for their pleasant tastes.
