One month supply of Sean Dugan's Neuropathy Protocol includes 4 bottles of Neuropathy Protocol granule extract (320 grams total) and 1 bag of Herbal Foot Soak formula (200 grams).
My Neuropathy Protocol uses herbs improve blood circulation, reduce cardiovascular inflammation, and support healthy nerve function.*
Directions: Take 12 grams of granule extract per day, dissolved in warm water. Use foot soaks 3 to 4 times per week.
Duration of protocol will depend on severity. Most cases of neuropathy improve within 3 to 6 months. Most people will start experiencing symptom relief in 1 to 4 weeks.
My Neuropathy Protocol is composed of two parts: an internal granule extract formula and an external herbal foot soak. A granule extract formula is a powdered extract which is dissolved in water and taken like a tea. Granule extracts have strong medical flavors. They are taken for specific medicinal purposes, not for their pleasant tastes. If you prefer to avoid the strong flavors, you can encapsulate my granule extracts yourself using a capsule filler at home, and take the equivalent dosage in capsules. HERBAL FOOT SOAK INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose a basin: Use a container large enough to accommodate both your feet and deep enough to cover 3 - 6 inches above your ankle bone (medial malleolus).
2. Prepare the medicinal infusion: Bring 2 - 3 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Place 15 grams (3 tablespoons) of herbal powder into the pot, turn heat to low, cover, and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
3. Reduce the infusion to proper soaking temperature: Take your foot soak basin and add 3 - 4 quarts of room temperature water. Add the hot infusion to the water in the basin and stir thoroughly. Larger basins may require more water, smaller basins may require less.
4. Confirm the soak temperature is between 100-110 degrees using a thermometer: THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR THOSE WITH IMPAIRED SENSATION IN THEIR EXTREMITIES TO AVOID BURNING THE FEET.
5. Sit down and soak for 20-40 minutes.
6. Maintain the soak temperature throughout the soak by adding more hot water as needed. Remove your feet from the basin when adding hot water, and confirm the temperature before putting feet back in the soak.
External Use Only. Herbal foot soak infusion may stain light colored fabrics.
