About Us

Who should I schedule with?

Mara and Sean both practice acupuncture and Chinese medicine but with different approaches, specialties, and treatment styles. Mara's treatment style focuses on using acupuncture, Zen Shiatsu, and bodywork to guide the body's healing process. Sean's treatment style is problem-focused, using TCM diagnosis and treatment with herbal medicine and acupuncture to address disease and pathology.

For orthopedic complaints, pain (neck pain, back pain, headaches, migraines, arthritis, etc), sports medicine, and injuries you can see either Mara or Sean.

For relaxation, mental-emotional conditions, balancing treatments, and "tune-ups" schedule with Mara. For internal medicine conditions including cardiovascular, digestive, autoimmune, skin, and gynecological conditions, schedule with Sean.
